Shipping Policy

We ship in both Canada and the USA.

We've partnered with shipping companies from across Canada and the USA to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please allow one business day for order processing.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Damaged in Shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, be sure to take photos of the damage and to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

File a claim by sending an e-mail at return@emotorswarehouse.com. A replacement will be sent immediately.

Backorders and Product Matching

If your product is on backorder we will notify you. When a product is out of stock, usually we can ship it within two weeks

If you can't wait for a backordered motor, we'll try to find you an equivalent product that we can ship immediately.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customs, duties and Taxes are calculated automatically at the check out.
