Politique de remboursement

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are non refundable, certain purchases may be subject to restocking fees up to 20%.

If you have a problem with your order and need to request a return, you can contact us at return@emotorswarehouse.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

All items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense.

Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item or any pieces of the order are damaged. We need to be notified within 48 hours of reception of the item to be able to accept requests for these kinds of return. Any notifications of damages outside of the first 48 hours may result in the return being refused.  

Warranty 

Each manufacture has one (1) year warranty that starts from the date of purchase. Warranty covers any and all manufacturer defects so long as the item is used for its intended purpose. All warranty motors are inspected and tested at our location prior to sending a replacement or a credit.
